These terms apply to your use of painters-hobart.com.au ("the site"), operated by Uplinkd Group Pty Ltd (ABN 50 660 968 123) as Painters Hobart.
What the site is
Painters Hobart is an independent referral service. We are not a house painting business and we do not carry out any work. When you request a quote we pass your request, with your agreement, to a local business who contacts you directly.
The business you are referred to
Any quote, agreement and work is between you and that business. We do not employ them, supervise their work or guarantee it, and we are not a party to any contract you make with them. Before you agree to a job, ask for their licence, insurance and ABN details and a written quote, and check any licence on the relevant state register.
Information on the site
Guides, price ranges and other information on the site are general information, not advice about your job. Prices are indicative ranges from the sources we name, as at the date shown, and your quote will depend on your property and the work involved.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the work, conduct or pricing of a business you are referred to.
