Where we can refer painting jobs
We accept requests from across the six council areas of greater Hobart: the City of Hobart, Clarence, Glenorchy, Kingborough, Brighton and Sorell. Your request goes to a local painter who works in your area, and they will contact you within one business day to arrange a quote.
Some suburbs have their own local guide covering housing, heritage rules and exposure to weather. Those are linked below. If your suburb is not listed, we can still take your request.
City of Hobart
The City of Hobart's planning scheme lists 76 local heritage precincts and a long list of individually listed places, most of them in the inner suburbs. Before choosing new colours for an older home, check whether your house or street is listed. Our suburb guides explain the rules.
